Dog Friendly

Your dog can now visit Dog Friendly spaces and stores in your Shopping Resort.

To do this, you need to register your dog in the UBBO APP, available in the APP Store and Play Store, and then have your documentation validated by the UBBO team.

After this validation, you will receive an e-mail to pick up your Welcome Kit at the Concierge Desk, with which you will also receive your dog’s identification bandana, which should always be visible during your dog’s visit to UBBO.

To register, you must have the following documentation:

• Tutor’s identification document;
• Updated dog vaccination card;
• Registration of the transponder chip number (only if the transponder number is not on the vaccination card);
• Dog Civil Responsibility Insurance (the insurance policy number and effective date must be included);
• Proof of payment of the dog’s civil responsibility insurance;
• Proof of training for owners of dangerous and potentially dangerous dogs (only applied to dangerous breeds);
• Photograph of the dog without accessories, in which its muzzle is visible.
