World Alzheimer’s Day

As part of World Alzheimer’s Day, celebrated on September 21st, UBBO has joined the Brain Boosters movement, which seeks to promote brain health and reduce the risk of dementia, especially Alzheimer’s disease.

The “Small games, big memories” initiative will take place on September 19th, 20th, and 21st, in the Ground Floor Atrium, to mark the date and raise awareness, educate, and mobilize society about the importance of taking care of the brain throughout life.

The Brain Boosters movement transforms simple habits into stimuli for the mind and shows, in a positive and accessible way, that we can all strengthen our brains with daily stimuli such as listening to music, exercising, reading, or playing games, preventing neurological diseases and improving quality of life.

Taking care of your brain today means taking care of your memories tomorrow!
