The marketing SOLAL Awards 2025 honored UBBO Shopping Resort’s “Menstrual Poverty” campaign. The Silver award was given in the Corporate Responsibility category!
Launched on Women’s Day of 2024, the campaign promoted the topic of menstrual poverty and how it affects the daily lives of women in Portugal.
In addition to collecting donations of feminine hygiene products, UBBO started to offer the Women’s Kit – a bag with pads and tampons for those who need them – at the Concierge Desk.
The SOLAL awards are an initiative organized by the ECSP – European Council for Shopping Places, which at European level rewards the most creative, significant or innovative marketing activations implemented in shopping centers and other retail formats.
