Come and discover the Amadora Gastronomic Festival “É um Encontro” at UBBO!
UBBO is joining the “É um Encontro” project with two special showcooking sessions in the Central Plaza, a unique opportunity to taste, firsthand, the flavors that will mark the festival.
The first session took place on July 31st and the last one will be next Saturday, August 30th, at 5p.m., with chefs Nuno Bergonse and Emília Cardoso sharing recipes, stories, and tips that you can take home with you.
“É um Encontro” is Amadora’s Gastronomic Festival, which promotes intercultural dialogue through the diversity of flavors that reflect the cultural richness of the municipality.
The highlight of the project will take place on September 12th, 13th, and 14th 2025, at Amadora’s Central Park. For three days, gastronomy will be the meeting point between cultures, with a market of products from around the world, show cooking, music and dance performances, a true journey through the flavors and traditions of the world.
